Chaotic (L.O.R.D.S. #7) — Chapter no 86

EIGHTY-SIX

KASH TON

“Eve?” I holler, but she’s al ready gone. “Leave him the way he is and put him in a cell,” I order and follow after her.

I shove open the door to the stairwell just when the closing door echoes from her exiting on the birdcage floor. I run up the stairs, barge into our bed room, and find her in the bathroom. She’s stand‐ ing at the sink, vigorously washing off her arms and hands.

Leaning up against the doorway, I cross my arms over my chest and wait for her to face me.

Turning off the water, she bows her head and takes a deep breath.

Then she straight ens and speaks when her eyes meet mine in the mirror. “I got some of the drug on my skin.”

“I know.” I saw her demeanor change. Her anger grew, and her breathing accel erated. While everyone in the room was watching Evan, my eyes were on my wife.

She pushes off the counter and turns to face me. “I’ll go see Devin.”

I step into the bathroom, blocking her exit. “How do you feel?”

Her eyes drop to my jeans, and she licks her lips. “Horny.” She lifts them to meet mine. “But we both know I’ve never needed drugs to beg you to fuck me.”

I haven’t touched her, afraid I’ll hurt her. The night in the mo tel will haunt me until I die. When I step into her, her breath hitches, and I gently run my knuckles over her face and down her delicate neck.

“Your pulse is racing, angel.”

“Yeah,” she breathes.

“You’re burning up.” Her skin is hot and flushed. I run the tips of my fingers over the top of her breasts that the corset shows off.

She leans into me, and I wrap my hand around her throat. Her eyes practically roll in the back of her head when she lets out a moan.

I want to tell her how proud of her I am. How good she did and how much I love her, but she won’t hear me right now. So instead, I say, “I’m going to fuck you, an gel.”

“Please?” she begs, her hands grip ping my shirt. “I need you to want me.”

I brush my lips against hers, but my hand on her neck keeps her in place when she leans forward, wanting me to kiss her. “I al ways want you, Eve. Never doubt that.”

Her black-painted lashes flutter open, and her plump red lips part.

“Play with me.”

Letting go of her neck, I step back. “Get undressed.” Turning, I exit the bathroom and enter the bed room, I grab what I want out of the night stand and start setting things up.

She walks over a couple seconds later. “I can’t get my top off.”

“Turn around,” I command. Brush ing her ponytail to the front, I un‐ tie the black lace that runs up the back of the corset. Taking my time, I brush my knuck les against her heated skin, and she shivers.

I pull it loose, and it drops to her bare feet before she steps out.

“Lie on the bed. Face up. Head at the end.”

She crawls onto the mattress, lies down, and looks up at me.

“Arms out.”

She fans them to her sides, and I reach underneath her, pulling her to the end so her head hangs off the foot.

She moans, licking her lips, knowing what I have in mind. I take my time, tying her wrists to each corner, dragging out the anticipation.

Then I slide my hand down her stomach to cup her pussy. She raises her hips and spreads her legs for me. I pull away and she groans. I smile, grabbing the toy and the lube. “Always so impa‐ tient.”

I kneel between her shaking legs and lean over her body while my fingers play with her soaked cunt.

“Kash, please…” She trails off when I work the dildo into her.

She’s panting when I move my fingers to her ass. I work them in and out while her heavy breathing fills the room.

“You’re so beau tiful,” I tell her, and she arches her back when I be‐ gin to push the butt plug into her ass.

“Kashton,” she cries, pulling on the rope that binds her wrists.

“Re lax, Eve,” I tell her, and she soft ens her body, letting out a long breath. There’s still re sistance, but I’m able to slide it into her.

“Spread your legs,” I command, getting off the bed, and she does as she’s told.

I tie each ankle to the head board and then move to stand at the end of the bed where her head is hanging off the end.

I unzip my jeans and pull my dick out. “Look how hard I am for you, Eve.”

“Please…” She groans, her body trembling.

“How do you feel?” I ask again, cupping the back of her head.

“Fine.” She swallows. “I’m fine, Kash. I just need you.”

I run the thumb of my free hand over her painted-red lips, and she wraps them around it, sucking it into her mouth. I groan, my hips thrusting forward, imagining her mouth around my dick.

Pulling it free, I grab the base of my cock, and she opens wide, sticking out her tongue. “Good girl,” I praise her, and she lifts her head, trying to suck my cock.

I readjust her head and slide my cock into her mouth, letting her suck me in. “So desperate,” I say breathlessly when she swallows.

“Goddammit, Eve…” I push my hips forward, sliding far ther down her throat.

Her hips rise and I pull out, hearing her gasp before I push forward once more. Further this time, and her body jerks from lack of breathing.

Pulling out once more, spit covers her reddened cheeks. I give her a second and grab my cock, placing my balls over her face, and she licks them before sucking them into her mouth as well. “Fuck.” I stroke my wet cock while she attends to my balls. “That’s it, Eve.

Fuck, that feels good.”

She pulls away, and I slide my cock back into her mouth, needing more. I lean over her body, my fingers playing with her clit while I fuck her face.

“Open wide,” I tell her, feeling the back of her throat. Her body jerks with each thrust. I grab a hold of the dildo and pull it free from her cunt and start to fuck her with it. “How’s that feel, angel?” I ask.

“Getting your throat and your pussy fucked?”

She’s trembling, body arched, and I pull the toy out and see it’s covered in cum. I smile. “That’s my girl.” I pull out of her mouth and grab the base of my dick, “Keep it open,” I growl before I come all over her face.

She coughs and blinks rapidly to clear the cum from her mouth and eyes.

I quickly get un dressed, crawl onto the bed, and undo both of her ankles before I kneel between them. She whimpers when I re move the dildo from her pussy and re place it with my still hard cock.

“You wanted this, Eve,” I remind her. “I’m going to take my time fuck ing you tonight. Every hole is mine.”

“Yours,” she agrees through a gasp.

Leaning over her, I take the dildo covered in her cum and run it across her cheek and over her jaw, making sure to smear my cum over her face as well. “What did I say?” I growl, tapping the side of her slick face.

She moans, opening her pouty lips for me, and I slide the dildo into her mouth, and her arms yank on the re straints.

“Take it, Eve.” I push it far ther into her mouth, and her body shud‐ ders when she gags. “You’re doing so well, angel.” Spit and cum flies from her parted lips, and I let go of the dildo.

“You’re going to hold this cock in your mouth. Understand?”

All she can do is whimper.

It’s not too far that she can’t breathe. More hangs out than not, but I want all her holes filled at the same time.

I slide my hands behind her shaking knees, spread them wide, and lean forward. Lowering my lips to her, I kiss her delicate neck while my hips start to move.

All my angel can do is lie here and take it.

EVERETT I walk over to Saint and Ashtyn’s door and take a deep breath be‐ fore knocking. I’m going to swallow my pride and make nice. Well, as nice as I can be.

Saint opens it up and smiles at me. “Good morning, Eve.”

I take a step back. “I’m sorry. I thought you’d be in the office with the guys.” Kashton left me in bed over an hour ago.

“I’m headed there now.” He holds the door open with his boot and turns to kiss his wife good bye before stepping out into the hallway.

Ashtyn takes the door. “Did you need something?”

“May we talk?”

She steps aside, hold ing her arm out, gesturing for me to enter. I step in, and she lets the door close behind me. I follow her out onto their balcony. It’s a nice day outside.

We both sit at the table, and she stares off into the distance.

“I’m not going to apol o gize for the things I’ve said or the way I’ve acted,” I inform her.

She laughs softly. “I didn’t think that was why you were here.”

“I don’t expect us to be besties, but since I mar ried your husband’s brother, I feel like we should be able to be in the same room to‐ gether at the same time.”

All the Spade brothers are on edge and there’s tension. I’m not go‐ ing to be the reason they’re not getting along. I won’t make Kashton choose between me and them. I know with out a doubt he’d choose me, and that’s not fair. They’ve been there for each other their entire lives. I want him to have a family, not take it away.

Ashtyn looks over at me and crosses her arms across her chest. I didn’t think this would be easy. We’re both very stubborn.

I go on at her silence. “I’m not going to pre tend to know what you went through.” We’ve all gone through our own personal hell. “But I never knew what it felt like to be cared for by some one until Kashton came along. It feels re ally good.” I smile. “To be loved. To feel spe‐ cial. So I can only imag ine what it must feel like when you had four men that felt that way about you.” I’m including Adam, because even if she doesn’t think so, that man loves her.

Her gaze drops to her lap.

“It must have been hard to re turn to things not being the same. To see they’ve all moved on. That you’re no longer the center of their

world.”

She licks her lips.

“I was so pro tec tive of Charlotte because I didn’t want to think my brother could be like all the other Lords that I was around grow ing up. I al ways thought he had a big heart, but I was afraid if tempted, he’d take it too far.” Ashtyn is a beau tiful woman, and the Spade broth ers were raised like all the oth ers—to use women. Loving any woman is a weakness. Plus, I didn’t know if Saint was still shar ing her or not.

“I’d never…” She stops herself from saying she’d never cheat on her husband, because she’s done that. They were al ready mar ried when she was on the run in Ve gas. I know a part of her thought Saint was dead, and this life was behind her, so she had convinced herself it was okay. “I’d never do that to Charlotte,” Ashtyn says instead and adds, “And Haidyn would never do that to his wife.”

I rub my hands on my jeans and stand. “I’m sorry for bother ing you.” Stepping into the bed room, I’m walk ing toward her door when

she stops me.

“You’re right.”

I turn to face her as she steps inside.

“It’s hard to have the life I had and then give it up only to be brought back.” Her watery eyes scan the bed room. “And it be…dif‐ ferent.” She rubs her hands together. “But that’s no excuse for my behavior.” She swallows and it looks like she wants to say more, so I stand where I am and wait.

“I, uh…there was this couple in Ve gas…they would come into Glass while I was working. I al ways thought she was beau tiful and she was usually high on drugs.” Ashtyn sighs. “She would offer me some, and of course, I never turned her down.” She rolls her eyes at her‐ self. “There were a couple of times I went home with them.” Tears fill her eyes, and she sniffs. “It was you.”

I shake my head. “I never…”

She gives a rough laugh when I trail off. “Saint told me that you had an identical twin and that she had been following you.”

“You thought it was me in Ve gas, but…”

“It was her,” she whispers. “Vivian.”

Of course. It all makes sense that my twin was there because she fucked Adam. That bitch had been pre tending to be me for years.

Well, I guess she was me. She picked and chose when she wanted to play my life. She wanted to re place me. All because of Isabella.

Ashtyn continues at my silence. “When I saw you walk into Bill and Janice’s wedding re cep tion, I panicked. I asked Saint who you were, and he didn’t know, but I thought I knew. So I was mean to you. I thought you were here to sabo tage me and Saint. Using Kashton to do it.”

“I love him,” I tell her, and she nods, the first tear running down her cheek.

“He told me he’s known you for six years.”

I nod, wondering when they had that conver sa tion. “I was in Las Ve gas,” I tell her, and she glances up at me with her tear-filled eyes.

“I was there helping Adam spy on you.”

She swallows.

I sigh. “Your brother was worried about you. After everything that happened and your mother being killed.” Ashtyn sniffs. “I followed you to New York because Adam wanted to make sure Saint hadn’t killed you.”

Ashtyn chuckles, though I don’t know why she finds that funny.

Maybe he was close a few times. Who knows. I couldn’t and didn’t want to get inside of Carnage to watch her twenty-four seven after he brought her back.

“I’ve been trying to push you away, hoping you’d leave because I was afraid you’d tell Saint what I did while in Ve gas. I’m ashamed of who I was. Of what I did to Saint while I was there on the run.”

She had seen my twin and thought that I came here to tattle on her? I mean, I do know what she did, but I’m not that type of per‐ son. “That’s not my story to tell.”

It’s not like I know every little thing. I know enough, but even I know that wouldn’t change Saint’s mind. She’s his Lady. Me being a

tattletale wouldn’t do anyone any good.

She nods, licking her lips.

“And if he wanted to know, he’d ask you.”

Her eyes meet mine, and her face drains of color. It’s as if she just re alized that he hasn’t asked her about those four years she was on the run. Maybe he already knows. Or maybe he’d rather not.

Truth is, no one is perfect, and we all make mistakes that we must live with. You get to decide what you’re going to tolerate and what you will kill for.

She wipes a tear from her cheek. “Then you died, and Kash…he was so hurt. And he left us. I knew Kashton loved you, and I was so mad when you showed back up with my brother.” Her breathing picks up. “He was dead. I…I just want a chance to know him, and here you are, staying with him.”

“Hey.” I take her shak ing hands in mine.

“I’m so sorry,” she cries.

I pull her into my arms and hug her. As much as I don’t like her, now I understand why she felt the way she did. I’ve done extremely ir rational shit and said some hor rible things to people who didn’t de‐ serve it.

“It’s over.” I rub her back. “Everything will be better.”

She pulls away, and I let her go. Ashtyn rubs her tear-streaked face and gives a rough laugh. “Sorry, I’m an emotional wreck.”

“You’re fine. A lot has happened.” But things are going to be differ‐ ent now. I feel like I can finally breathe. Evan is here trapped in a cell, my crazy twin sister is dead, and I’m mar ried to the best man in

the world.

It can’t get any better.

Kashton and I were ushered into a room in the hos pital wing.

“What are we doing in here?” I wonder.

He shrugs. “No clue.” His tatted hand holds mine, both resting on my thigh.

“Yeah, but what did he say?” I dig. “Word for word.”

He looks over at me. “Just that they needed to see us.”

The door opens and Devin enters, followed by Gavin.

“Is Eve okay?” Kashton lets go of my hand, jump ing to his feet.

“Did you find something?”

I had a checkup yes terday after my talk with Ashtyn, and they said I was healing nicely. The drug that I managed to get on my skin still lingers, but my husband is taking care of it now. He fucks me until I pass out. Plus, he’s got Devin giving me IVs to help flush my system.

“She’s fine,” Gavin says, and Kashton falls back down be side me, picking up my hand again. I pat his arm to tell him it’s okay, and he leans over, kissing my cheek.

Devin sits behind his desk while Gavin pulls up a seat on the other side of me. “You’re scaring him.” I try to laugh it off as a joke, like my husband is the only one worried, but I am too.

“When Bill was finally able to get you out of Dollhouse, Gavin called me, asking about your records. They both knew you had been here at Carnage.” I nod and Devin continues. “But there were no records

that I could find.”

“What does that mean?” Kashton asks.

“At the time, I just thought Garrett had them destroyed. But after lots of digging, I’ve been able to locate the records of when you were here. And I found you were seeing a doctor…” Devin trails off picking up a piece of paper on his desk. “Dr. Kelly Fran.”

I look at Kashton and then nod to Devin. “I’m not sure of her name. But, yes, I was forced to see a fe male doctor.”

“What were you seeing her for?” Gavin asks me.

I sigh and answer, “I don’t know.” He frowns, and I feel the need to

explain.

“I—”

Kashton holds up his free hand, cutting me off. “Why are you ask‐ ing her this if you have the records?” he snaps. “You tell us what my wife was seeing her for.”

“There are no records a Dr. Kelly Fran exists. That’s why we need to know what Eve re members.”

Kashton huffs, and Gavin nods at me to continue. “Go on. What do you re member?”

“The first time Garrett took me to see her, she was here.” I gesture to the room. “The hos pital at Carnage. I was probably sixteen.” The

days all ran together, and I didn’t cel e brate my birthday. “She seemed friendly enough, but I attacked her when she tried to touch me. My father choked me out, and when I woke up, I was back in

my room.”

“How did you feel?” Gavin questions.

“Sore for a few days.”

“Sore where?”

“It…” I sigh. “It’s hard to explain.” My mind was foggy and my whole body hurt. Of course that could have been the fact that I was fighting her and my father choked me out.

“It’s okay,” Devin assures me. “Did you ever see her again?”

I nod. “Yes. The next time Gar rett es corted me to the room, he or‐ dered me to get naked and lie on the ta ble. I noticed it had re‐ straints on it that time, unlike the first.”

Gavin nods and looks over the papers on the desk. “Keep going.”

“She, uh, tied me to the ta ble and started an IV…whatever she gave me made everything foggy. I fell asleep.” I shrug it off to keep from alarming my husband. “It happened quite often after that.”

Kashton looks away, but I can see his jaw ticking at my confes sion.

“Every time I would wake up in my room. I’d be sore for a couple of days, but it was nothing I couldn’t tolerate.” I look back at Devin.

“Garrett never explained why or who she was. Just that it was re‐

quired for me to see her.”

He nods and looks at Gavin.

“What the fuck is that about?” Kashton demands, lean ing forward, and I give his hand hold ing mine a re as suring squeeze. “Tell us what

you know.”

“Oocyte re trieval,” Gavin says.

Kashton sighs. “Speak in terms I understand.” He’s on edge after what I said happened to me. I understand, but it’s no reason to be mad at them. Devin never hurt me. If I ever needed to see a doctor, our fathers made sure it was some one else that came by. I think they were afraid that Devin would let my pres ence here slip to one of the boys.

There’s still so much that I haven’t shared about my past. Mainly because I’ve blocked it out.

Devin places his folded hands on the ta ble. “Oocyte re trieval, also known as egg re trieval, is a pro cedure performed where the woman’s eggs are re trieved from her ovaries. The patient is put un‐ der sedation. It’s why you don’t re member what happened.”

I sit up straighter, and so does Kashton.

“I don’t understand…” my husband says. “What are you implying?”

Devin gives me a soft smile. “Garrett had your eggs re trieved and froze them. With Kashton’s sperm and a surro gate, you two can have children of your own.”

Tears sting my eyes, and I try not to get excited, but this is what I want. To give him children. To be a mother to his kids.

“A surro gate?” Kashton goes on at my silence.

Gavin gets up and walks over to the door. Opening it up, Sin and Elli enter the room. Sin has his son strapped to his chest, and Elli is cradling their daughter.

Kashton stands and pulls me up with him. My hand is sweat ing in his, but he doesn’t seem to mind. “What’s going on?” he wonders.

Sin and Elli exchange a look, and she smiles when her husband starts to speak. “When I heard Devin say it wasn’t completely true that Adam said Eve couldn’t have children, I knew we had to do some thing. We’ve spoken to Saint and Haidyn,” Sin adds. “And we want to help you guys.”

I take my hand from Kashton and rub it on my legs nervously.

“Help us how?”

Sin glances at me as he softly bounces the baby on his chest.

“Devin and Gavin cleared Laura this morning to be your surro gate.”

I look at Elling ton. “No—”

“This is what you want, an gel,” Kashton interrupts me.

I search his hopeful eyes, and my heart hammers in my chest. How do I tell him what I’m feeling? As much as I want us to have children of our own, I don’t deserve them. Not after what I did. “I…”

“I know what you’re thinking.” He speaks softly, and I swallow the knot in my throat. “Stop, Eve. You deserve this.” Leaning down, he kisses my fore head and whispers, “You’ll be a wonderful mother, an‐ gel.”
